**Buyer - Residential Developer - Kent - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits**

One of the UK’s leading residential developers is looking to enhance their Commercial team by bringing in a Buyer for their Kent region.

The business has offices and developments across the UK, and have won awards ranging from resident satisfaction to quality of work. They are a 5-star house builder, renowned for being a high-end quality developer.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for the procurement of materials for sites across the Kent area, using pre-existing agreements with National Suppliers and Builders Merchants to secure deals.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparing both material enquiries and tender packs, aiding in assessing the best quotations and choosing the one most suitable for the build
- To schedule and place material orders with Group National Suppliers, with the main aim being to optimise the cost and quality of your projects.
- To be proactive and see issues that may arise in the build with regards to late delivery of materials and running over costs to rectify them.
- Producing an effective and realistic budget along with material cost schedules to ensure that your build is both cost effective and runs on time
