Do you have a qualification in RLSS TA and want to join a key team of staff working across sites to deliver essential staff training to ensure high standards of lifeguarding, operational knowledge and service standards?

We are looking for an NPLQ Trainer Assessor who will able to deliver the role across the in-house sites across Wiltshire based at Calne Community Campus.

**About the role**

You will lead staff training developing and maintaining the standards of lifeguarding in line with the RLSS requirements as well as delivering other essential training, ensuring that the staff have the knowledge and skills required to deliver the service in a safe and professional manner.

**About you**

We will look to you to use your teaching skills, knowledge and professional standards to motivate and engage staff in regular staff training sessions and courses. You will deliver high standards of instruction to all staff and customers so that everyone fulfills their potential.

You will need to hold the RLSS Trainer Assessor Qualification or have the potential to do so.
