**What you’ll be doing**

This is an exciting new opportunity providing someone with a unique opportunity to work within a highly sought after role. The role involves conducting further investigation work into the information provided by policy holders, to ensure we have the correct information and are compliant to guidelines and regulations. This role will suit someone who enjoys a methodical approach, has an analytical mind and enjoys finding solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in risk mitigation for the business and thrive within a role that requires a customer focused approach while paying attention to detail.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Investigating policies to ensure the correct risk assessment has been applied to individuals who have had a quote or purchased a motor insurance policy. This will include contacting customers via telephone and written correspondence.
- Preventing and detecting fraud through effective management of policies referred/identified through our fraud and validation checks.
- Identifying and pursuing outstanding debts/documents and negotiating with customers to achieve the quickest and best level of recovery
- Handling disputed accounts with tact and diplomacy and negotiating with customer to bring outstanding payments/information in line with terms of the agreement.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all customer documentation in line with SLA’s agreed by the Business. This will include verifying customers identity and risk details by checking no claims bonus, driving license, V5, utility bills and MOT certificates.
