**Description**

Administrator - Mental Health and Learning Disabilities:
Overseeing and co-ordinating Tertiary Panel Processes (referalls & performance) at PLACE(s) (Patient-Led Assessments of the Care Environment).

Support in developing robust PLACE structure for TP referrals, liaise with stakeholders to receive timely referrals, link up with PLACE commissioners to go through panel cases.
- Take minutes of multiple meetings and organising meetings
- Upload contracts and invoices
- Disseminate all FOIs and Complaints to PLACE commissioners
- Support junior admin staff and oversee tasks
- Set up key stakeholder's meetings via MS teams and book rooms for face-to-face meetings
- Book desk for team members in the office, via smart desk booking online
- Undertaking other administration duties and support other admin functions
- Acting as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

**Profile**

Administrator - Mental Health and Learning Disabilities:

- Knowledge of mental health and/or learning disabilities is desirable
- Minute taking skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Able to manage and improve systems and processes
- Able to use initiative and work with minimum supervision
