We provide a wide range of services to the NHS and are experiencing a period of growth. We are therefore pleased to be able to advertise the position of Bank Porter, to be based at Clifton Hospital, in order to cover periods of staff holidays, sickness, and other ad-hoc hours as required. The advertised salary will therefore be pro-rata.

**As a Porter, you could be moving**:

- patients on trolleys
- stores and equipment
- samples of patients' blood
- post and parcels
- linens and waste
- cylinders of gas
- food and drink

You'll be a part of a Bank portering team and will have contact with clinical and non-clinical staff. As you'll be coming into contact with such a wide range of people and environments you must be:

- friendly and helpful
- calm and reassuring
- physically fit for lifting, walking, pushing, etc.
- reliable and happy to work flexible, variable hours
- willing to work with staff and patients of all ages and from all walks of life
- health and safety aware
- able to follow instructions carefully
- an excellent communicator
- highly organised
