**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain care plans for children in line with regulatory requirements and hold keyworker responsibility's
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Drive continuous improvement in childcare practices and standards
- Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting
- Support the Deputy Manager in day-to-day operations and mentor residential childcare workers
- To be included in the homes on call system(additional pay) as part as professional development

**Experience**:

- Previous supervisory experience in residential childcare or related field preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient IT and compliant paperwork skills
- Diploma level 3 in residential childcare essential
