We are looking for a Senior Housekeeper who will represent our brand by delivering and exceeding our guest expectations.

What the role of a Senior Housekeeper includes:

- Rostering of the Room Attendants and other team members
- Deputize in the absence of the HOD and/or Assistant.
- Ensure the department is fully operational on a daily basis with adequate staff coverage in the morning, evening and night
- Attend to guest complaints, requests or challenges and take appropriate actions.
- Train employees in all areas of the Department including health & safety (H&S)
- Adopt and maintain brand Standard checks on Rooms and Public Areas
- Carry out projects as designated by the HOD; assist with Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain an efficient housekeeping filing system and perform any administrative tasks as directed by the HOD.
