**About Our Client**:
A design and manufacturing lighting company working globally with top lighting designers and have built up a high quality reputation.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy
- Assist managers with Appraisals and 1-2-1 Reviews
- Management of Employee Benefits (i.e., Cycle-2-Work) & Healthcare schemes
- Management of HRIS (PeopleHR)
- Management of Employee Lifecycle processes (i.e., onboarding, contract changes)
- Develop and implement Employee Training & Development Programmes
- Manage all aspects of employee relations, communications and engagement
- To minute HR meetings
- Any other administrative requirements

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Minimum HR Advisor level
- CIPD Level 5
- Knowledge of People HR or another HRIS
- Preferably manufacturing background
