MAIN DUTIES
- Meet personal and team sales and margin targets
- Assisting the Showroom Director with reporting on personal and showroom team sales against KPI’s including health and safety, sales and margin, account opening and customer service amongst others
- Ensuring the showroom team follows all company procedures and processes and strive to find and implement new ones to improve the business where possible
- Performance management of the showroom team
- Document and deal with customer complaints and resolve problems effectively
- Assure that the showroom meets the standards expected
- Contribute to the wider company initiatives, including business planning, product development and budgeting
