Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard/Workshop Labourer to join our team. As a Yard Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to the maintenance and organisation of our yard and equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with loading and unloading steel sections and materials
- Operate machinery such as forklifts, sideloaders, bandsaw and grinding machine
- Perform routine maintenance on yard equipment
- Organise and maintain inventory of materials
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the yard area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Experience in handling large structural steel beams would be an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills

Note: The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**Salary**: £9.10-£13.77 per hour
