Client Engagement Executive based in the South Region.

NicheCom is the UK’s leading provider of Property Marketing Services and one of the few businesses that can produce Professional Photography, Floorplans, EPCs Videos, Drone Images & Virtual Tours. Furthermore, we also have a specialist in-house team dedicated to all client editing, design and print requirements, providing a one-stop-shop for all Property Marketing needs.

The role is Responsible for New Business growth, Account Management and retention by finding opportunities inside and outside of our current client base.

You will report into the Regional Director & Senior Client Engagement Executive.
- You will need a Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in the Estate Agency Industry
- Sales and or Account Management experience
- Confident Presenter
- Target & Goal driven
- Competent System and IT skills desirable.

**Core responsibilities and accountabilities**
- Existing Client Account Management & Development.
- Following up new leads & enquiries
- Creating new leads and opportunities in postcodes across the region
- Facilitate CRM campaigns, follow up on targets.
- Managing new client on-boarding and implementation process
- Subject Matter Expert, organise and deliver training to clients either in person or remotely.
- Continuous monitoring of new client/branch order activity
- Updating and populating the CRM system
- Providing Clients with Management Information & Reports
- Setting new clients up on our systems
- Quotations & Pricing
- Presentations and Pitching to new and existing clients.
- Client reviews
- Update and maintain our CRM system

**Other responsibilities**
- Regional client development and growth, mainly dealing with clients and branches at various levels. Working closely with Director, Senior management team and Marketing Manager.
- Assisting Director on area development and new business through sales and internal sales development.
- Assisting Director on scoping and pitch/proposal activity
- Liaise with team members with the on-boarding of new clients.
- Liaise with Marketing Manager to help develop and deliver our marketing strategy
- Liaise with Director to assist with regional development and escalate complaints where appropriate
- Liaise with Head of IT on feedback and enhancements
- Supplying Marketing Manager with monthly blog ideas/content
