Taxi Marshall

Eboracum UK LTD are looking for a team of Security Officers, to deliver a customer focussed marshalling service at two of York's busy taxi ranks.

**Main duties**:

- Providing excellent customer service to members of the public and staff
- Maintain an orderly crowd
- Liaise clearly with partner agencies
- Smart, polite, heads up approach
- Prevents any losses and damage by: reporting irregularities
- Completes reports by: recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities

**Required skills and attributes**:

- Experience preferred but not essential
- Dependability, integrity, and empathy
- Excellent communication, customer service, team working and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with the general public and helping to engage/advise the public when necessary
- Professionalism
- Ability to deal with uncertainty/hostility

Part-time hours: 8 per week (If working both Fridays and Saturdays).

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- York, YO1 7DX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
