**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic, personable, and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team for the weekend shifts, from Friday to Sunday evenings. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for mixology, a flair for customer service, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and friendly bar atmosphere. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests, ensuring high standards of service and beverage quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Service**: Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to our quality standards.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional service to all guests, from greeting them warmly to answering questions about our menu and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- **Order Management**: Efficiently take and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service. Handle transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**: Keep the bar area clean and well-organized, adhering to health and safety regulations. Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in managing bar inventory, including restocking supplies and alerting management to low stock levels to ensure the bar is well-equipped for service.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with the rest of the bar and restaurant team to ensure a seamless service experience for our guests.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a bar or similar environment preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to help out where needed.
- Must be available to work evening shifts from Friday to Sunday.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
