**ROLE OVERVIEW**
- Part time (21-28 hours)
- Full time (35 hours)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- An efficient, calm, and clean worker
- Friendly, welcoming, and confident in building a rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Able to take pride in your workplace and product, motivated to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment and putting customers and your colleagues first.
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea during service.
- Setting the café up each morning and closing down at the end of the day
- Talking knowledgably about our product range and menu, giving personal recommendations and accurate allergen advice
- Handling cash and using POS systems accurately.
- Daily and deep cleaning.

**SKILLS**
- Previous experience in a coffee shop is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and allergen understanding.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to travel to other Forge Bakehouse sites in Sheffield.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: £7.33-£11.25 per hour

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
