- Organise and lead group activities, outings, and events that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities are tailored to individual residents' preferences and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident feedback.
- Ensure activities comply with health and safety regulations and enhance the overall well-being of residents.

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within senior care, nursing home, or dementia care settings.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Strong organisational skills to plan and coordinate various activities simultaneously.
- Compassionate and patient approach when working with elderly residents.
- Creativity in developing innovative and engaging activities for diverse resident needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.80-£11.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
