We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appeal of our care home. Responsibilities include:

- **Common Areas**: Refreshing and updating communal spaces to ensure they remain welcoming and vibrant for our residents and visitors.
- **Rooms Redecoration**: Redecorating residents' rooms to provide a homely and comfortable environment, tailored to their preferences and needs.
- **Happy Setup**: Creating a cheerful and positive atmosphere through thoughtful color schemes and finishes that promote well-being and happiness.
- **Exterior Work**: Painting and maintaining the exterior of the building and outdoor structures to ensure they are attractive and well-preserved.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a painter and decorator
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
