The Company

A leading pharmaceuticals company in Northumberland are looking to recruit a number of Analytical Chemists to join their busy QC team to analyse their pharmaceutical products. This is a great opportunity to join this company who have on-site parking.

The Job

The successful Analytical Chemist will work within a GMP laboratory environment on a range of duties, including;
- Carry out analytical testing using mainly HPLC in addition to techniques including GC, UV-Vis and wet chemistry techniques.
- Prepare samples for analysis
- Routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Report and interpret results
- Escalate and OOS or OOT results

Your Experience

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience;
- Experience with HPLC from either industry or significant experience from a final project in academia
- Any industrial experience would be advantageous
