You don’t need any previous experience to become a **Support Worker** with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part time and full-time roles.

You will join our** fantastic Supported Living Service** in Louth. This is a** permanent** role working **7.5 hours per week (shifts to be discussed at interview)**

We are offering an hourly rates from **£11.75** with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.
- **If you live outside of Louth to be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.**

**This role in Louth might include supporting people with**:

- Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
- Personal care and hygiene.
- Finances.
- Medication and wellbeing.
- Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
- Their social life and nightlife.

**Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)**
