**English Graduate Teaching Assistant - Windsor, Secondary School**

If yes, Shape A Life is for you We are currently supporting a secondary school in Windsor, who seek an **English graduate** **Teaching Assistant for the remainder of the 2023/24 academic year.**

**Starting ASAP**, this will be a term time only position and it will pay **£450 - £500 per week.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- 1:1 and small group pupil support under direct supervision of teaching staff.
- Supporting independent learning and providing feedback to the teacher.
- Supporting the teacher with managing behaviour and keep pupils on task.
- Helping to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Supporting pupils in social and emotional well-being.
- Ensuring all pupils feel valued and included in the classroom.

In this rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for providing practical and learning support to their learners, including those with SEN under the guidance of the class teachers.
