Bar Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day bar operations, ensuring cleanliness and excellence in service.
- Train and mentor bar staff to uphold high service standards and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
- Create and update drink menus, keeping offerings current and appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute promotional events.
- Clean any beer lines regularly and implement daily cleaning routines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year
