**About the Role**

We are currently recruiting for the role of** Hotel Linen Porter, **to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy

The main aspects of the role are to:

- Ensure the efficient movement of clean and dirty linen around the hotel complex so that the room attendants are able to complete their tasks on time.
- To be hands on in the cleaning of rooms and public areas within the hotel to ensure that our KPI’s are met

**About You**

You'll need to be enthusiastic, outgoing, approachable, and confident.

Key focuses:

- The ability to prioritise tasks to ensure the job is completed efficiently and on time
- Self motivation
- Happy to work at speed and to a strict time constraint
- Able to work independently, self manage and to use initiative to resolve issues
- Great teamwork and a willingness to help others
- Experience working with the public would be beneficial as some guest interaction is involved in the job
- High standards and attention to details
- Ability to consistently work in a physically demanding role for a long period of time
