**Who are we looking for?**
Burton and South Derbyshire College is looking for someone to support the Building Services Department in delivering excellent operation of its services, contracts, and associated works. You will assist with the supervision and delivery of both minor reactive and proactive works as well as assisting with projects and associated resources. This will be a highly visible role to assist with gathering specifications, ensure works have/are being undertaken as expected and assist with audits and emergency response. The individual will need to be comfortable with decision making and have excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and to act as a positive and effective role model for the department. Ideally the applicant would have knowledge of IOSH and NEBOSH
Applicants should be willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
