**The role**

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are recruiting a Team Leader to join our Suspense Management team within the Product & Proposition function. The position will preferably be based in Norwich on a Permanent basis. This vacancy represents an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

Product and Proposition is key function, which supports the wider Heritage team in delivering solutions which our customers. It requires Team Leaders to react quickly and effectively to daily duties alongside ongoing Strategic Goals and business priorities. Organisational skills alongside an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude are important.

As of 1 st January 2023 Suspense Account Management has been part of Product & Proposition, which gives a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a new and exciting, closer collaboration within the teams.

**What are we looking for?**

You will have strong communication skills, with a drive and confidence to implement potential improvements across the team. We have a culture of ‘one team’ therefore building positive relationships with your team, peers and partners will be necessary.

You should have some experience in managing people whether directly or indirectly with strong motivational and communication skills. You will need to be able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and be able to prioritise conflicting demands.

Suspense is ever changing so you will need strong organisational and planning skills with an ability to adapt to change. You will also need to ensure that your team are adaptable to changes and challenges

Your team will be your key asset so you will need the ability to develop your team to enable them to deliver to the suspense goals.

Finally, you will need to have the ability to influence and persuade others alongside representing a management perspective in discussion. You will often be the only representative of your team so you need to be able to express their views confidently.

**This role is in scope of the transformation of our Reassure business by 2026.**
