**Lear’s Industry 4.0 Strategy**

As a global technology leader of automotive Seating and Electrical components operating across over 250 facilities within 37 countries around the world, Lear Corporation is at the forefront of various aspects of technological evolution. Industry 4.0 within Lear Corporation is underpinned through the integration of intelligent digital technologies and analytical systems into manufacturing and industrial processes. Lear Corporation’s industry 4.0 strategy is primarily divided into 2 key operating functions. Firstly, the successful project management and execution of industry 4.0 initiatives into our manufacturing operations. Secondly, the digital analysis and data gleaned from visual management systems ensuring Lear takes informed decisions across its wider business maximizing our operational efficiency whilst upholding the highest quality standards ensuring that Lear’s operational and financial objectives can be achieved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage project execution, ensuring clarity of roadmap and effective communication channels.
- Enforce Lear Data Standards and monitor project timelines and team/stakeholder management.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, IT standards, and local regulations, and track project savings.
- Deploy projects flawlessly with zero customer impact, aligning with core values.
- Drive the Strategic Digitalization roadmap, supporting business Long Range Plan.
- Develop and maintain data analytics platform standards and contribute to the AME Playbook.
- Collaborate with the Data Team to establish Project Management standards and enhance Data Standards.
- Drive business improvement through enhanced Data Analytics KPIs and employee engagement with digitalization strategies.
- Undertake other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
Required:

- Degree in Engineering, IT, Economics, or Business Analysis.
- Engineering, IT, Business Analysis or Project Management qualification.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in developing cross-functional business relationships.
- Prior project management experience with demonstrated success.
- Technical knowledge of IT and data analytics.
- Structured approach to project management.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT security topics.
- Experience in multinational or corporate environments.

Preferred:

- Technical proficiency in Python/SQL coding languages.
- Understanding of database management.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Familiarity with finance principles.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a comparable high-volume production sector.
