**The role**

We are a small but friendly and very supportive team and are looking for a good team player's to join us here at Wetherby Surgery as a** Patient Navigator/Receptionist**.**

Full-time and Part-Time positions available.

***The post holder's will facilitate and deliver a patient centric experience, supporting all other functions in delivering outstanding patient care, utilising a variety of platforms including front of house (reception), back office support functions and telephone services.
You will form part of our front of house team to provide patient focused telephone and administration services that assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professionals.
You will have exceptional communication skills, experience of using IT systems and work well under pressure. Working as part of a team who really care about putting our patients first will be a huge motivator for you. Experience as a Patient Navigator/Receptionist is desirable though not essential.

Wetherby Surgery is based in the heart of Wetherby in a modern health centre setting.
With a growing practice population currently around 4100 patients, we look to deliver the best patient outcomes and service, focused on promoting wellbeing, delivering planned personalised care, good patient continuity and access to the right care at the right time through innovation.
Wetherby Surgery is located at Hallfield Lane, Wetherby, LS22 6JS with a branch site located in the grounds of Harewood House. There is ample free parking and also separate free staff parking on site and within the town centre for transport and shopping.
