**Location: Bromley (BR postcode)**

**Salary: £70k DOE**

**Job Type: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week**

**The Client**:
Our client is an industry leader specialising in mechanical, electrical, and public health systems for the built environment. They deliver high-level designs and are proud to be consistently listed in Building Magazine.

**The Role**:
They are seeking an **electrical engineer** at associate level with good leadership skills to join their management team to head up the designs for the client base. You will **ideally be a chartered engineer** with skills to be able to take on both new **build and refurbishment**projects commencing with a high-level overview.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum CEng Qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Considerable proven track record of successfully co-ordinating and delivering projects within the public and private sector.
- Good understanding of contractual procedures and solid experience in electrical design.
- Extensive proven track record of engaging and negotiating with senior management and peers on projects.
- Proven track record of engaging with and influencing peers outside of formal management relationships.
- Proven track record of a commitment to and effective implementation of consistent standards and metrics.
- Extensive practical knowledge of managing project teams coupled with the understanding to select frameworks/tools that are appropriate to particular circumstances.
- Ability to prioritise and to think strategically about the timing and way of delivering project information.
- Ability to identify project resource requirements.
- Strong writing skills for producing written reports.

- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (Office based)
