**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and qualify leads to generate new business sales
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to grow the business
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in IT sales, preferably in a fast-paced, growing business environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Experience with IT solutions and services required
