**Marketing Coordinator**

My client is a global giant within manufacturing, working with various sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Defense just to name a few. With current and future planned growth, it's inevitable new markets will present new challenges, which is why my client has decided to add a new position to their marketing team.

The main purpose of the role will be to provide support to the Marketing Manager with tactical marketing and administrative activities and to additionally provide administrative assistance to other teams that may include Application Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service, Finance or Sales. The role may be split between multiple departments to provide administrative support as required.

The role responsibilities:

- Be the main point of contact within the department for all administrative support.
- Coordinate and manage vendors, consultants, and other partners as required.
- Support regional marketing plan(s) development and implementation.
- Manage and coordinate regional webinar development with associated deliverables.
- Assist with developing PDI (Product Development) presentations and deliverables.
- To manage the organisation and execution of all Customer visits for Sales.
- To co-ordinate shipments from site to third-party Warehouse, as well as to regional offices, event locations etc, completing transport requests as appropriate.
- To be responsible for organising and maintaining the marketing cupboard, keeping track of all promotional merchandise, samples, and stock quantities.
- To manage all translation projects through to completion, following the approval process and maintaining version control.
- Diary management and travel arrangements required for the Department Manager on an ad-hoc basis.

**Skills**
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills both in terms of written and verbal communications.
- Can demonstrate the ability to prioritise, multitask whilst retaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident in working collaboratively across departments and groups.
- Positive and "can do" attitude, want to exceed expectations.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
