This roles of Customer Service Advisors offer either a a 6 month or 12 month contracts with full time hours (Monday -Friday 0900- 1700), a salary of £20,500 (pro-rata) and fantastic benefits.

Our ideal Customer Service Advisor will have previous call centre experience or can demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and can work alone.

You would be joining an enthusiastic team who have all contributed to a company who have won numerous awards for their outstanding service. We would love to find an additional team player who shares the same passion for service delivery

The role of Customer Service Advisor incorporates:

- Taking high volumes of inbound calls
- Resolving queries
- Updating internal database
- Web chat
- Administrative tasks
