Personal Best Worldwide is an established permanent recruitment company who serve the UK, Europe and USA markets with affordable staffing solutions.

The focus of the role will be to conduct market research, identify potential leads and clients and make sales calls to introduce the company to them, this role focus on only UK based clients and has the potential to offer growth into a consultant role for the right canddiate.

This is a part-time and remote role, with a basic hourly wage, plus commission and bonus incentives. It would suit someone who has another part time role, or is looking for a part time role to fit around children.

**Essential skills & Experience**
- 2 years previous experience in a sales and or recruitment role
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry and sales techniques.
- Able to independently research and identify potential leads using job websites to identify hiring companies.
- Strong sales skills, able to cold-call and follow up on warm leads, building the internal company database.
- Confident with initial sales through to on-going follow up with potential clients.
- Target driven, able to be persuasive and persistent.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to use technology and CRM systems.

Duties & Role
- Research and prospect building - 10% - Complete independent market research to identify companies hiring and build a database of potential leads on a weekly basis.
- Cold calling and client outreach - 50% - Make outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce our company and services to them, ensure continuous follow-up is completed with potential interested clients, adding their information into the company CRM system.
- Administration - 20% - Ensuring the company CRM system is kept updated, lead sheets are updated weekly and logging new clients/deals on the company system.

**Commission Structure**
- Commission is paid per client role that you bring on board, if you bring on a client who has 5 open roles that they give us to work on, you will receive the commission 5 times.
- Commission is paid at a rate of 10% of the placement fee for each role, the higher the fee, the higher the commission.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.75-£11.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
