This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the Education Alliance’s central HR team, based in Melton, East Riding of Yorkshire. We are a growing trust with around 1,100 staff across 11 sites in the Hull and East Riding region. HR sits at the heart of the organisation, and our central HR team provides high level support, guidance, and strategic direction across the trust, working closely with HR colleagues in our secondary schools and providing a HR service in our primary schools.

Workforce is our most valuable resource, and this role is varied, involving leading on employee relations, organisational change, conversions and TUPE transfers and pensions. You will be working closely with the Director of People and will manage the Payroll Team. This role sits on the Senior Leadership Team, collaborating with senior leaders from a range of professions and backgrounds, helping to inform and shape policy decisions across all our schools as we seek to help people have better lives.

**What are we looking for?**

You will be an experienced and qualified HR professional with lots of experience of managing employee relations casework. With up-to-date knowledge of employment law, you will be solution-focused, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £48,474.00-£51,515.00 per year
