**Looking for a fulfilling role in a vital service? We're searching for a full-time Switchboard Operator to join the team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. You'll play a crucial role in connecting callers to the right places. Handling approximately 3000+ calls a day, as you assist both internal and external inquiries, including emergency calls.**

**The Role**

- **Regularly answering the phones**:

- **Providing efficient, courteous, and helpful support to callers**:

- **Operate both internal and external bleep and radio paging system**:

- **Proactively maintain the computer database of hospital personnel, departments and telephone numbers**:

- **Undertake any clerical duties deemed necessary in order to promote efficient at all times**:

- **Required to work public and bank holidays, should your shift fall on that day as our department operates 24/7, 365 days a year**
