Night Porter

The Cliff Hotel & Spa wishes to recruit a Night Porter/Cleaner, ensuring the safety and security of the premises as well as guests and other staff on site.

The post includes duties such as carrying our hotel walks, providing guest services such as late check-in and drinks as required, preparing the restaurants for breakfast service, preparing rooms for functions, cleaning of public areas etc. Basically, ensuring that the hotel functions well and safely overnight and is prepared for daytime activities.

This role is essential to the smooth running of our businesses. The ability to problem solve independently and to multi-task is essential.

The person appointed will need to be dependable and ready to work overnight.

This is a permanent position, working 2-4 night shifts a week (approximately 16-32 hours) as per the rota.

Subject to availability, in-house accommodation may be available if re-locating to the area.
