Depending on Experience ranging from £30,00 - £35,000 Pension and Holidays and Sick Pay

**Role Description**
- Reporting into operations manager day to day with any issues
- Managing budgets / staff training and further development
- Completing both office and shop floor duties
- Responsible for team and department processes daily
- The ability to handle multiple priorities to ensure deadlines/objectives are met
- The ability to form excellent working relationships at all levels and respect confidentiality

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Knowledge of H&S legislation
- Knowledge of ISO Management systems
- Experience of recycling or the plastics industry
- Some mechanical knowledge of plastics processing machinery
- Skills in managing a team
- Technical knowledge of plastics/extrusion
- Experience in budgeting, training and development
