Accept Recruitment is currently looking for Yard operatives for our client based in Kirby Muxloe, LE9.

**Job Overview**:
This role is crucial for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the yard, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keeping the yard area clean and tidy (collecting cardboards, sweeping etc)
- Sorting and organizing metal cages and wooden pallets.
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Conducting regular checks to ensure the yard is maintained according to safety and cleanliness standards.

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit as heavy lifting will be involved.
- Good organizational skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

**This position involves working outdoors and requires the ability to perform duties in all weather conditions. Applicants should be prepared to work outside regardless of the weather.**

Location: Kirby Muxloe

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate**:£11.52 per hour**
