BiKBBI is hiring an Administration Officer to join our growing team at our Head Office in East Tilbury.

**The job brief**

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the general administration needs of our business. The duties will include the digital processing of documents, document scrutinisation and data entry. The role does include relationship management with our stakeholders and subsequent strong communication and customer service ability.

**The responsibilities**
- Maintaining accurate records / documentation associated with client registration.
- Checking, validating, and uploading documents in accordance with criteria.
- Providing first point of contact for incoming enquiries.
- Organising meetings and supporting events.
- Must have strong and proven administrative experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have an attention to detail and a systematic approach to delivering against set tasks.
