**Location**: Based in Ealing, with travel to locations in the surrounding areas where necessary.
**Hours**: Full Time, 40 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday - Sunday.
**Salary Offered**: £26,250 per annum.

**The role and responsibilities**:

- This is an exciting service based in Ealing, supporting people with a variety of complex needs, including mental health to live as independently as possible in a supported living environment with the potential to transition to full independent living.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of a team of staff.
- Supported by the Service Manager to ensure that there is effective engagement with multi-disciplinary teams to support the people living in the service. This will include managing the team to support adults to live independently with support/signposting to access Hub-based and Wellbeing services to build increased community resilience for individuals.
- Ensure the promotion of non-medical solutions and mental wellbeing, development of self-management strategies, supporting people to address any health issues as well as accessing therapeutic interventions.
- Ensure the provision of a quality recovery focused approach to people who may present with complex needs, for example, anxiety or depression, alongside other issues - drug or alcohol misuse or debt problems etc.; supporting people to self-manage long term health conditions using a range of techniques and in a non-judgmental way respecting diversity and lifestyle choices.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience of working in mental health with experience in Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA) and Safety Intervention (CPI)
- Experience of managing a team.
- Experience of working with adults with autism/ learning disabilities.
- Experience of developing services for local communities.
- Experience of building partnerships with other organisations.
