You will be working as part of a small Customer Service team, working directly with your line manager.

In order to be considered, you must be able to:

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Ordering of stock in line with set budgets
- Admin of timekeeping and payroll within department
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Carry out new employee inductions
- Admin of health an safety tasks as required by department manger / H&S coordinator. - Helping to influence the day to day function of the production working under the guidance of the GM / Operations Manager / Production Manager - Other ad hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As the office environment can be quickly paced, someone who is calm in dealing with high priority tasks along with be proactive rather than reactive is certainly sought.

This role is offered with working hours of Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 28 days annual leave (bank holidays are worked), and offered at £11 per hour.
