An exciting new opportunity to join our Land product team in Bradford as a Business Admin Specialist.

**Please note the hours for this role is 16:00 - 00:00 (Midnight)**

The role will require you to efficiently and effectively process all documents relating to the Palletforce Operation and assisting with other Customers within the Branch.

The role will also involve -- Ensuring all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly, both from external, internal customers and suppliers.
- Daily administration of Paperwork relating to Inbound and Outbound shipments
- Ensuring all documentation is complete in line with KPI’s.
- Transfer and update consignments from the pallet network web system into our system

We are looking for someone who has effective written and verbal communication skills as well as
- Strong customer service skills
- Administration experience and industry knowledge is desirable
- Effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage high workloads in challenging situations and meeting deadlines.
- Fast and accurate data entry.
- Intermediate level of word, outlook and excel.
