They have developed a new role for a **Project Manager** who will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the company's operations and growth. There will be travel on a weekly basis with some overnight stays. You will be working in a desirable and exciting sector dealingwith high net worth individuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and management of the teams, liaising with clients, architects, structural engineers and suppliers.
- Co-ordinate supply of materials, drawings, organisation of logistics, team management and motivation.
- Daily interaction and reporting to management on progress of projects.
- Attending management meetings face-to-face and on video calls.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all projects.
- Suggesting improvements to build processes and methodology and introducing modular build technologies such as SIPS.
- Managing build budgets and maximising profits.
- Ability to travel very regularly throughout the UK with overnight stays.

**Required**:

- Minimum A-level equivalent in Mathematics, English. An HND or equivalent in construction advantageous.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and man-management skills
- Demonstrable experience in executing building/construction projects
- Understanding trends and best practice in modular building technology
- Technical skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Project Management Software and CRM
- Excellent written, verbal, numeracy, and communication skills with ability to deal with high network individuals.
- Self-motivated and tenacious
- Delivery and results-based attitude
- Team player
- Ability to work whilst mobile
- Good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Decision making skills with the ability to respond and deal with real-time issues
