**Working pattern**: Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week, 8.45am - 3.45pm, Term time only, plus 5 Inset Days

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant on a Fixed Term contract from 1/9/23 - 31/8/24, to achieve defined progression targets and meet the needs of their Education, Health & Care Plans, under the guidance of the Class Teacher. Our curriculum is engaging and holistic and this is an exciting opportunity to join our caring team.

We are looking for people who:

- Are good communicators and team players
- Are committed to the aims and values of New Siblands School
- Can demonstrate their ability to support children with their learning goals
- Can work flexibly with all ages across both of our sites in Thornbury
- Have the ability to follow instructions and work under own initiative

Experience of working in special schools is not essential as we provide a full induction programme.
