- Your role as BMW Genius is to share your passion for our products with our customers. In many ways, you will be a ‘brand ambassador.’ The aim is to make customers feel excited about the cars - and impressed that they are getting a personalised service.- One of the great things about the job is that you’ll get to test drive every car we sell. That way you can truly bring the driving experience to life. But it’s not just about highlighting the cars performance or features. It’s about understanding the customer and how different cars and options will suit them.Skills Knowledge and Expertise
