Graphic Designer

**What will I be doing?**

As a Graphic Designer, you will report to the Head of Marketing, playing a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity across both print and digital platforms. Your designs will not only reflect our brand but also align with our strategic business objectives, making a significant impact on our marketing efforts.

Duties include:

- Utilising Adobe software to edit images and retouch photos.
- Maintaining design templates and structures to uphold brand consistency.
- Managing design files, including marketing literature, and updating them as needed.
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the brand identity.
- Providing support to the team during project execution and campaigns.

**What do I need?**

To become a Graphic Designer with SMI, you will need:

- Strong previous experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- The ability to design for various products within brand guidelines while also bringing your own creative vision to projects.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues across the company.
- A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on brand consistency.
- Initiative, teamwork skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Photography/videography and editing skills are desirable.
- Knowledge of marketing principles.
