Project Coordinator
Gi Group Scarborough is looking to appoint an experienced Project Coordinator to join an established manufacturing company based in Scarborough on a full-time permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organisation and communicationskills to work in fast paced constantly growing department.
In this Project Coordinator role, you will report to Operations Manager. Specific tasks include:
Monitor project delivery process and deal with issues which may arise
Attending client meetings and documenting requirements
Communication with stakeholders
Assisting with the management in the delivery of product and installation/ commissioning contracts / projects
Production, submission and control of technical and commercial documentation for projects including management of VDR's and SDRL's.
Control and submission of contractual documentation
Coordination of product and battery contracts / orders in line with contractual requirements
Expediting of materials and manufactured product in line with customer expectations
Control of customer delivery dates (forward order book) on efacs Control of despatch and invoicing activities
Supporting in the delivery of export contracts including liaising with the freight forwarder as required. Producing export documentation
Provide assistance to other departments as required
Additionally, you possess the following:
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in an engineering business would be desirable and UPS technical knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
Solid organisational skills, including multi-tasking and time management
Strong team player
Excellent IT Skills IT skills; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Attention to detail
Self-starter and a natural team player
