Sales Negotiator Apprenticeship

Established in 1922 Satchells Estate Agent are a family-owned independent firm offering a wide range residential and commercial property services from our network of 6 High Street offices across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

Our range of services include residential sales and lettings, commercial property sales and lettings, Land and New Home Developments, blocks of flats and estate management, along with commercial property management and professional services, which includes, lease renewals, rent reviews, leasehold enfranchisement.

Role: Residential sales Negotiator Apprenticeship

We are seeking enthusiastic people to join our Sales teams across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire on our Apprenticeship scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join friendly team orientated working based environment with a variety of daily tasks and responsibilities in the residential sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Meetings and greeting visitors to the branch
- Handling new enquiries/ registrations from websites
- Monitoring market conditions
- Managing the Applicant database
- Liaising with customers over the telephone
- Arranging and Attending Viewings
- Leaflet dropping to prospective properties
- Liaising with vendors and buyers when negotiating offers
- Supporting with any other ad hoc administration

**Training to be Provided**

A blend of in house on the job training supported by an appropriate outsourced apprenticeship scheme.

Working structure:

- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- One Saturday in three 9am to 5pm
- One bank holiday per annum, with day off in lieu

Pay:

- £18,000 per annum, plus individual commission for in-house incentive schemes.
