Our client, a housing group based in Slough are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join their team. This is on a permanent basis - £42,296 plus benefits.
- The main purpose of the role is to be accountable for the management and delivery of the responsive repairs and maintenance service through a designated trade's team in a defined geographical operational area.
- Ensuring resources are utilised efficiently and work is completed to the required standard.
- Ensure the safety of all team members, other colleagues, suppliers and members of the public through effective H&S management in all aspects of your work.
- Maintaining compliance across your team with all current and changes to H&S requirements.
- Optimise trade staff performance to meet service requirements across your operating area, ensuring the balance, efficiency and effectiveness of the team is regularly reviewed against productivity targets and performance results.
- Relevant professional qualification such as SSSTS/SMSTS
