**Your role at Orbit.**

We are looking for an experienced individual to provide effective support to enable older and vulnerable customers to live independently. This role will be based at a new scheme for us, in the Eastbourne area. This is a 50-unit site that Orbit have recently taken over.

You will manage compliance checks, welfare, arrange wellbeing activities and deal with challenging behaviour. The team work collaboratively and support each other at local schemes as/ when required

You will have strong communication skills, have a customer focused approach and be an advocate for Independent living with internal teams and external suppliers. We are looking for a resilient individual to develop the service on offer at the scheme and engage effectively with all customers.

We have a training and development plan for all our scheme officers and upon completion of this plan your salary will go up incrementally from £23,362 rising to £25,846 following completion of a plan.

- Able to have a customer perspective and respond effectively to their needs and expectations. Able to build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure the customer has a great experience of the services being delivered.

- Act as role model for professional standards and provide a flexible service, driving the customer first attitude.
