Mobile Handyman

**Castle Services **support a large care home group and are looking to recruit a Handyman to work within our care home properties around the West Yorkshire area.

**Company Vehicle and Mobile Phone provided.**

**Duties to include but not Limited to:

Carryout statutory checks within an area of care homes such as weekly fire alarm check, water temperature monitoring and other statutory monthly tasks in accordance with the home maintained book. checks and other checks within each home.

Carryout minor repairs within the home as required such as minor plumbing (tap replacement and TMV servicing, checking boilers, minor joinery work as needed to doors etc. Painting of rooms as required.

Have Full Driving License

Have an understanding of Health and Safety regulations within the workplace

Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes and follows safety requirements

**40 Hours per week**

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
