**Duties**:

- Responsible for the efficient running of the club, including a requirement to be on call
- Responsible for the rostering of permanent and casual staff to meet the needs of the club
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness in the bar, lounge and concert room and the cellar
- Weekly reconciliation of card and cash payments
- Encourage old and new members to socialise at the club to ensure it's sustainability and profitability

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bar work and cellar management is essential
- Ability to remain clam in a crisis
- Excellent communication skills

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.

**Experience**:

- bar keeping and cellar: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
