- Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes
- Maintain employee records, including data entry and file management
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of social media management for employer branding purposes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,600.00 per year
